
Boris de Graaf
PhD Candidate
Boris de Graaf is a PhD candidate in the Computational Pathology Group at the Department of Pathology, working under the supervision of Jeroen van der Laak. He holds an MD from the University of Amsterdam and brings professional experience as both a medical doctor and advisor. Driven by a strong interest in the intersection of medicine and artificial intelligence, Boris is dedicated to advancing personalised treatment and improving the quality of healthcare. His research is part of the KWF-funded COMMITMENT project and centres on the optimisation, validation and clinical implementation of prognostic and predictive AI models in digital pathology.
