Kristina will join the Computational Pathology Group as an MSc thesis student on 1 September 2026. Her research will focus on using artificial intelligence to improve vaccine safety assessment. In particular, she will develop weakly supervised deep-learning methods to automate the severity scoring of brain and spinal-cord histopathology slides. She will be supervised by Salma Dammak and will work closely with Maria cristina-fernandez on the project.
