Péter Bándi successfully defends PhD thesis

On Monday, November 18, at 14:30, Péter Bándi successfully defended his PhD thesis titled 'Towards automated analysis of sentinel lymph nodes using AI'. His research focused on fully automated assessment of digital pathology images of sentinel lymph nodes using deep learning. Péter's contributions to the field include publishing the CAMELYON dataset and organizing the CAMELYON16 and CAMELYON17 Grand Challenges.
